Our 2011/12 Expectant Mothers are:-

Spirit of The Sun - Thoroughbred - Owned by Sandi & Isabel
Katie was the first to foal this season. She produced a tall leggy bay colt with 2 white socks on 14th September 2011. Estimated to mature about 15.3hh he may well have an eventing career ahead of him. He has been named Moonbah Ridge Bentley. At this stage Bentley will be retained by Sandi & Isabel as a future competition gelding. (photos below)

Weemala Dalliance - Clydie x QH - Owned by Sandi & Isabel
Clumper came in a close second this year. Giving Isabel a great brithday present she foaled down a lovely black filly with a small star. on 17th September 2011. This girl has as much attitude and independence as her mother and thinks herself quite the princess. She will be for sale on weaning. Photos of Moonbah Ridge Keiki below

Equinox Tabitha - Moonbah Ridge Morgans
It just shows if you wish for it hard enough your dreams can come true... Sandi put in an order with Miss Tabitha around the time of conception that she would love a black colt please, to become her future stallion. Even a bit of white on his face would be nice too. I also chatted with her regularly about the black colt that was growing inside her. And on 3rd October she produced exactly what  was ordered. He has long legs, he is black, he has just the right amount of white and he is a colt!!!! A full brother to Moonbah Fortunate One. Sandi is one very happy girl!! Presenting Moonbah Fortune Cookie (photos below)

Red Bluff Tarra - Moonbah Ridge Morgans
Not to be outdone by Tabitha on 3rd October Tarra also foaled down, also black and also a colt. The first thing i noticed about this little guy was his movement. He seemed to dance along beside his mother so light on his feet and impressive.I have named him Moonbah Tandu (Indian God of Dancing) He will be gelded and for sale on weaning. (photos below)

Equinox Cashmere - Moonbah Ridge Morgans
Cashmere decided that she would be different to the other 2 girls and on the morning of 16th November i got the lovely surprise of a dark bay filly running alongside her mum. Moonbah Pashmina, nicknamed Milli by my granddaughter Chloe, is a petite little thing with a huge spirit. No white and by the looks of her colouring she will be a very dark bay/brown. Milli will be for sale on weaning (photos below)

Hannah - Stockhorse - Owned by T & L Tresider NSW
Hannah produced Tony a lovely black colt mid November and he is very happy with what his favourite mare had produced. They have called him Smokey Pepper. (photos below)

Fernleigh Creek Tealle - Shibui Morgans
Gillian at Shibui Morgans received a lovely early christmas present with Tealle foaling down a lovely black filly on 19th December. Gillian says she is a very active filly, who was pigrooting on day 1. She thinks Tealle will have her work cut out for her keeping up with this little one. Gillian has named her new little girl Shibui Ebony (photos below)

Tuis Diana Song - Shibui Morgans
Gillian predicted a colt from her Tuis mare and she was right. A great New Year suprise when she foaled down almost 2 weeks early a tall, black boy, Shibui Black Jack. (Photos below)
